Who We Are
Tender Love Child Care Center, Inc. has been nurturing young minds since 1996. Owned and operated by Doris Barrett, our CEO, we are proud to have a team of experienced, caring professionals dedicated to early childhood education.
Resilience Through Adversity
In 1999, our center at Edwards Bridge in Grifton was devastated by Hurricane Floyd, resulting in total loss. Undeterred, we relocated to Snow Hill, NC, reopening our doors on January 2, 2001. We open our hearts and doors to the entire community. You, the children, and parents have helped with the continuing success of our business.
